This program is designed to support persons who are looking for one to one training. You are the client and I am your trainer. We can jog, kickbox, strength train, or work on sport specific conditioning. In this type of training situation, I don’t see myself as the drill sergeant, but as a motivation partner who supports you in your goals. You run, I run, you lift weights, I lift weights. That’s how easy it is. I want you to achieve your goal, so I work just as hard as you to help you get there.
Small Group Fitness
What a great way to get personal attention, while also getting encouragement from other group members. With small group fitness the workout is challenging enough to meet everyone's needs, but modifications are also provided so that each person leaves feeling a sense of accomplishment after every workout. It is very important to me that no one gets left behind. After all, we want to achieve together!
